Hello everyone if it is your first time reading one of my blogs Welcome and if it is not your first time here welcome back for another blog. Last week we talked about my favorite find while I have been doing this journey. If you haven’t read that one after you read this one. Now let’s get started with this week’s Blog.

Week Three: Favorite Picture

While looking at all of the pictures that I have that my family has given me over time or old pictures of family land that my family owned I finally decided which one is my favorite picture of all time and that is the picture that I have decided to post here on this blog.

The ancestor that I chose for this blog post is Beal Randle Grimes. Beal Randle Grimes is my 3rd great Grandfather. He was a farmer, and he was judge. Beal was born in Ohio and moved to Oregon in the 1860s. The picture was the land that he owned when he moved to Oregon. His Family got it after he died.

The next picture was another picture of family land from my 2nd great-granduncle Charles Grimes. Charles was Born in Kentucky and he moved with his father in the 1860s to Oregon.
